Essence of Summer by von Essen hotelsThe Essence of Summer is a two night break with an added summer treat for you to enjoy during your stay - absolutely free.

This two night break includes accommodation in one of our individually appointed bedrooms with full English breakfast on both mornings and a gourmet dinner on one night from the Table D'hôte menu. You can choose to stay in any category of bedroom, ranging from Classic Rooms to Suites.

Summer Treat Options
A complimentary summer treat is also included in this break - when booking you will be given the opportunity to choose ONE of the following options to enjoy during your stay:

  • Cream tea for two people
    • OR
  • Glass of Hendricks Gin and Tonic for two people
    • OR
  • Bedroom upgrade on arrival, subject to availability


    • Rooms available from £245 per night.

    If a Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday booking then the inclusive dinner must be taken on either Friday or Sunday night - NOT SATURDAY
