Start your New Year's eve with a Festive Afternoon Tea in the Drawing room, before you head to your room to prepare for the evening ahead. Your exciting night will then begin in sparkling style with our Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a spectacular five-course gala dinner prepared by our Head Chef Martin Blake. Then you can welcome in the new year with a glass of Champagne, to the tune of a traditional live piper and our resident DJ.
